
The Mission of Red Alert Fitness and Wellness is to provide a supportive community of like-minded women who want to make living fit a lifestyle. We are relentless in the pursuit of our fitness and wellness goals, and we also find ways to make the hard work fun. We encourage the idea of putting ourselves first in the pursuit of wellness and happiness. In fact, it is urgent for us to learn to take care of ourselves and prioritize our health. The color red acknowledges that urgency, our intensity, our determination and our power. We work hard. We play hard. We are more than just a gym or program. We are a sisterhood and a way of life. The virtual community provides tools, instruction, support and accountability for members to take DAILY steps to work on wellness goals and become the best version of themselves. We address physical health and mental health, as well as emotional and social wellness. Being a part of our sisterhood is a lifestyle choice. The Core Values of the community include

Every month, the Red Alert Fitness and Wellness Community runs a new accountability challenge. The challenges are designed to support members in continued commitment to their fitness and wellness goals.
Participation in the monthly challenge is optional for members. The accountability group and coaches are there to support members in their chosen goals for the month regardless. We meet our members where they are in their fitness journey.

MEET US AT THE BOARD EVERY WEDNESDAY AT 6pm for Step It Up!
This is our signature step aerobics class that combines fun music, traditional step movement and a little dance choreography. It's a party on a board where you will torch hundreds of calories.

Red Alert Members and coaches are connecting with accountability partners and getting together to work out at various locations throughout the city. Whether it is the Walking Crew, Step Squad or Lift Club, there are members getting together somewhere near you. Join our community today!
60 min private evaluation, consultation and coaching session. The first half of the session is focused on evaluating current diet, exercise regimen, habits and behaviors in relationship to weight management and/or fitness. The second half is a consultation to help set goals and develop an action plan based on needs and preferences. Every session concludes with a written evaluation and action plan.

5. A customized workout plan and meal plan.
6. Random and frequent accountability check-ins throughout the entire month.

60 min fitness class for private groups of 3 - 30 participants. The purchaser must provide the space and consult regarding any equipment needed for chosen classes. Space rental available at an additional cost.
