We encourage the idea of putting ourselves first in the pursuit of wellness and happiness. In fact, it is urgent for us to learn to take care of ourselves and prioritize our health. The color red acknowledges that urgency, our intensity, our determination and our power. We work hard. We play hard. We are more than just a gym or program. We are a sisterhood and a way of life. The virtual community provides tools, instruction, support and accountability for members to take DAILY steps to work on wellness goals and become the best version of themselves. You don't have to go into a gym to get the support you need to stick to your goals. The Red Alert sisterhood is right at your fingertips. with other members and seek out accountability partners. The hive mind group chat is a key component to the virtual gym community.

Membership provides access to expert advice on a day-to-day basis. Our head coach, Coach V, is a licensed clinical social worker, certified group fitness instructor and weight management specialist. She leads a team of coaches who hold various fitness certifications and licenses in the health field.
Stay inspired, motivated and get educated on all things wellness and fitness. Each month offers a theme based on the goals and challenge for the month. Explore related daily tips, affirmations and/or motivational content from exercise and nutrition to personal development and stress management.

Membership includes monthly fitness and wellness programming. Participate in a challenge or virtual program to reset or re-energize your journey! You never know what challenge the gym may have in store for the month! There is always something going on in the virtual gym to support growth, consistency, and accountability.
We genuinely care about the members of Red Alert Fitness and strive to deliver exactly what they say they need to be successful. Monthly challenges are developed based on the feedback of the members. The class schedule and workouts are based on what the members say they want and need. We strive to deliver high quality classes, instruction and coaching.

Membership goes beyond the virtual experience and includes in person class access, including the infamous Step It Up! Class and our outdoor summer series.

Participate in live classes virtually from the comfort of your own home. Chat live with other participants during and after the workouts. Members have exclusive access to any classes missed live for the entire duration of membership. Check out the class calendar for live class dates and times.
Members also have access to the on-demand class library consisting of strength classes, HIIT classes, step aerobics classes and cardio kickboxing class. Work out anytime at your convenience and never miss a class!

Membership includes a monthly goal setting meeting. Members share out their progress from the previous month and set goals for the month ahead.
These meetings may be virtual or in person depending on the members preference each month.

What's more motivating to stay focused on fitness goals than a summer photoshoot?
Every summer, Red Alert hosts a group photo shoot for all members to show off the hard work put in from the winter grind. Get those red swimsuits ready! Individual shoots available for an additional charge.
